Matthew Welch-Owner and Founder: Matthew is a  former Solar Power instructor of 8 years. He's the tech guy and the ex guru of another Solar Power company from 2006-2019. Now he's the expert at StarPower Systems, he along with his devoted crew illuminate Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties with the power of the sun, reducing our carbon footprint, growing your savings, and ensuring reliability of every client's energy sources. Integrity number one, ahead schedule and beyond expectation.

Soleil Gonzalez-C.F.O., Sales & your friend in solar: Soleil is a California native with her heart and toes in the sands of our beautiful coastline! She is a Solar Power advocate and StarPower's biggest fan! A polished professional with years of experience in education, research and development, sales and sales management.  She has a broad scope of expertise covering the sciences, math, entrepreneurial start ups, real estate, accounting and taxes!  Soleil does it all, never losing sight of community service, God and family! Always grateful, mindful and with integrity!
